Until we end Diabetes, people affected by the disease face many serious challenges. (JDCCI) The Brave Kids Canada works to ensure kids & families effected with diabetes have the opportunity to participate fully in all aspects of life.
Across the country, JDCCI endeavors to change government policies, private industry practices and public attitudes in ways that will benefit people affected by this serious life threatening disease.
Individual advocacy means working to assist yourself or another person to help obtain needed services and to maximize quality of life. You can d that on your own, but we at JDCCI has goal to bring effected kids and their families together to have one big voice for every one responsible to hear loud and clear.
